The Whalen Process
At Whalen Learning Center we focus on creating an education program specifically designed to your child's unique learning profile. Students who may benefit from the Whalen Process include those who experience difficulties in reading (sometimes described as dyslexia), writing (sometimes described as dysgraphia), organization, and study skills. Rather than merely diagnosing dyslexia, dysgraphia, or a related learning difficulty, the Whalen Process will highlight a child's specific learning pattern, including both strengths and weaknesses.
Any child experiencing academic difficulties, large or small, will benefit from being a part of Whalen Learning Center, which utilizes a neurodevelopmental approach to unraveling each child's unique learning pattern. Without knowing the underlying cause of why a child is having difficulty learning, intervention is merely trial and error. A dyslexia symptom or evidence of any other learning disability is certainly reason for concern. However, with our prescriptive approach, we can isolate the cause of any learning problems and help your child maximize his or her potential.
